Legal advisories:
Content
The author accepts no warranty for the currency, correctness, completeness, or quality of the provided information. No liability is accepted for any material or immaterial loss incurred directly or indirectly through the use of or failure to use the information provided here or through the use of erroneous or incomplete information, unless there is evidence of intent or gross negligence. The provider reserves the right to modify, supplement, vary, and delete all or part of the web presence or range of offers without prior notification and to discontinue their publication over a definite or indefinite period.
References and links:
In accordance with § 5 Para 1 MDStV, we accept responsibility for “our own contents” provided here. These contents differ from the contents of other providers that are accessed via so called links (§ 5 Para 2 MDStV). These links constitute dynamic references at all times. Links are provided after the external contents have been examined once only. It is, however, impossible to monitor external contents. It cannot be ruled out that a reference of this kind may theoretically point to an offer that has since become unlawful, and individual cases cannot be avoided in practice. We therefore dissociate ourselves explicitly from the content of linked addresses that have afterwards been modified. Should there be reason to believe that an actual offer linked from this site has become unlawful (as defined under § 8 MDStV), the link to the offer will be removed immediately.
Copyright and trademarks:
Illustrating references to third party contents with text or images depends on the offer when no text or image is deemed suitable from own production.
The layout of the homepage, the graphics used, and the other contents are copyrighted.
Privacy:
When the web offer allows the entry of personal or business details (email addresses, names, addresses), the user discloses these details explicitly on a voluntary basis.
Legal validity of this disclaimer:
This disclaimer must be regarded as a constituent of this web offer and refers to this page. When individual wording or parts of this text do not comply, no longer comply, or not fully comply with the current legislation, the content and validity of the remaining text in this document remain unaffected.

- data portability when you have consented to the processing of your data or have concluded a contract with us (Art 20 GDPR).
The consent you grant us you may revoke at any time with future effect.
You may at any time file a complaint to a supervisory authority, e.g. the supervisory authority in the federal state of your domicile or the authority responsible for us.

Collection of general information from a visit to our website
Mode and purpose of processing:
By not registering or otherwise communicating information, your access to our website causes information of a general nature to be collected automatically. This information (so called server logfiles) includes e.g. the web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address, and similar.
It is processed specifically for the following purposes:
- to safeguard a reliable connection to the website,
- to safeguard unhindered use of our website,
- to evaluate system security and stability, and
- other administrative purposes.
We do not use your data to infer the identity of your person. We may analyse statistically information of this kind for the purpose of optimising our website and the technology behind it.
Legal basis::
The processing of your data as defined under Art 6(1)f GDPR is justified by our legitimate interest in the continued improvement of our website’s stability and functions.
Recipients:
The recipients of the data may include technical service providers assigned to run and service our website.
Storage duration:
Data are erased as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected. This is always the case for data serving to provide the website as soon as the session is closed.
Provision prescribed or required:
The provision of the above personal data is not prescribed, either by law or contract. Without an IP address, however, the website’s services and functions might not be available to the full extent. Furthermore, some services might not be available at all, or are limited. For this reason, objections cannot be accepted.
Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
Mode and purpose of processing:
In order to present our text and image content correctly in all browsers, our website uses so called Google Web Fonts, owned by Google LLC of 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (referred to hereinafter as “Google”).
The privacy policy of the library provider Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of Google Web Fonts and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art 6(1)a GDPR).
Recipients:
A call to the script or font libraries initiates automatically a connection to this library’s provider. It is, therefore, possible theoretically that the provider, viz Google, collects data, although at present for an unclear purpose.
Storage duration:
We collect no personal data via our integrated Google Web Fonts.
Further details on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
Transfer to third party countries:
Google processes your data in the USA and has committed itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Provision prescribed or required:
The provision of personal data is not prescribed, either by law or contract. However, the content might not be presented properly when standard fonts are used.
Withdrawing consent:
The programming language JavaScript is used regularly to depict contents. You may therefore object to data processing by disabling JavaScript execution in your browser or by installing a JavaScript blocker. Please bear in mind that this may restrict the website’s functions.
Using Google Maps
Mode and purpose of processing:
Our website uses Google Maps offers. Google Maps is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (referred to hereinafter as “Google”). This lets us present to you interactive maps directly in our website, where you can make convenient use of map functions.
Details on how Google processes data can be viewed in the Google privacy policy. At the Data Protection Center there, you can also edit your privacy settings.
Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of Google Maps and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art 6(1)a GDPR).
Recipients:
Your visit to the website transmits to Google information to the effect that you have visited the corresponding subpage of our website. This takes place irrespectively of whether you have a Google account or whether you are logged into this. If you have logged into Google, these data are assigned directly to your account.
If you do not want these data to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out of your Google account before activating the button. Google stores your data in the form of usage profiles and utilises them for advertising, market research, and/or its needs based website design purposes. The specific purpose of these analyses is to provide needs based advertising (also for logged out users) and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You are granted the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. This objection you must then submit to Google.
Storage duration:
We collect no personal data via our integrated Google Maps.
Transfer to third party countries:
Google processes your data in the USA and has committed itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Withdrawing consent:
If you do not wish Google to collect, process, or utilise data about you via our website, you can disable JavaScript in your browser settings. By doing so, however, you might not be able to experience our website to the full extent.
Provision prescribed or required:
Your personal data you provide voluntarily, alone on the basis of your consent. Disabling this access might restrict the functions provided by our website.
SSL encryption
To protect your data during transmission, we employ state of the art encryption technology, e.g. SSL over HTTPS.
Amendments to our data protection conditions
We reserve the right to modify at any time this privacy policy in line with the latest wording of the legal requirements or for the purpose of implementing changes to our privacy policy services, e.g. when introducing new services. Your next visit will then be subject to the new privacy policy.
